Individual tuition
I offer goal-oriented and high value one-to-one tuition. You decide the course goals and set the tempo, and we will reach your targets. Would you like to learn German for everyday life? Do you want to widen your knowledge of German and perhaps top it off with a language certificate? Would you like to focus on conversation or improve your written communication? Should you refresh your grammar or specifically build your vocabulary? In individual tuition the programme and lesson content would be decided by your needs and learning goals and followed through accordingly. Thanks to my experience the programme can be changed spontaneously at any time in accordance with your wishes. I use diverse teaching techniques to make the lessons exciting and varied. Learning German should be fun and a pleasure. At the same time I want you to benefit as much as possible from my German lessons, and reach your goals efficiently and speedily.

Small group tuition
Would you like to learn German with your partner or friends? I will gladly teach you in a small group of 2-4 participants. You can still succeed in a group of up to 4 people. Even with several participants I can concentrate on your needs and encourage you. I want every single participant to benefit from group tuition. Learning together is also fun and keeps motivation high.
Tuition wherever you want
Lessons can take place in my learning studio, in your home, at your workplace, or at any other place of your choice in and around Wollerau. You can prepare for your lesson in comfort, and learn German in a familiar environment.
We learn to speak by speaking
I use very communicative teaching methods. It is always my goal to keep my speaking time down to a minimum so that you have the opportunity to speak as much as possible. The more you speak the quicker and more fluent you will be in expressing yourself. In a short time you will become more confident in using your German knowledge and more precise – that goes for outside the lessons too.
More than German tuition – tips and tricks for life in Switzerland
With me you will learn more than just German. Would you like to know more about Mr and Mrs Swiss and their way of life? Are you interested in Swiss politics and the Swiss economy? Are you looking for an authentic Swiss restaurant to impress your family from Canada? Were Heidi and Peter real people? I will gladly integrate useful information about Switzerland and life here into the lessons. I can also give you tips if you have questions about everyday topics.
Skype or Teams lessons
Are you on holiday, on a business trip or simply away from home but don’t want to miss out on your German lesson? No problem. With lessons via Skype or Teams you are independent and flexible no matter where you are. Just as in a classic one-to-one tuition I will organise your lesson according to your needs and goals. After a Skype / Teams lesson you will also receive a list of new vocabulary by email along with some homework.
